There will be a Instructional Technology Coordinator position(s) available within the Olentangy Local School District for the 2024-25 school year. The Instructional Technology Coordinator, under the immediate supervision of the Assistant Director of Instructional Technology and Instructional Technology Supervisors, will collaborate, support, provide, and model the implementation and integration of digital tools and resources for staff and students to effectively leverage technology for learning in Olentangy, Contract term is 216 days per year.

Qualifications for the position include: a bachelor's degree; valid teaching certificate; experience providing individual and group professional development and training; experience with various educational programs, digital resources and learning management sytems; and demonstarate a strong understanding of instructional technology integration in a classroom setting.  Alternative to the above qualifications as superintendent and/or board of education may find appropriate.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities: understanding of ISTE Standards, SAMR Model, and Triple E Framework; knowledge of how technology can support an instructional setting; ability to work effectively with others; ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively via multiple platforms; effective, active listening skills; ability to prioritize and meet scheduled deadlines; ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations; and understanding and patient with staff, parents and students.
